Here are a few tips on meeting

Include multiple milestones and task bars per
line

Print to a larger size paper – the bigger the
better

Color-code repetitive tasks, defined in a
legend

Embed detailed information in the milestones
or cells

Before printing, hide
unnecessary
data columns to conserve space

Abbreviate text, especially using well-known
acronyms

Only display summary activities with key dates

While displaying selective data, be able to
drill-down to the details, as shown below
