Using Milestones Professional's SmartColumns

to Track Time

Milestones Professional has a variety of "SmartColumns" that can help you communicate and track your project's time.

Duration shows the time span from the first Normal symbol on the task line to the last; or just counts the time span of Normal task bars and milestones on the task line.
Used Duration shows how much time has been completed according to the current date line or status symbol.
Remaining Duration shows the how much time is yet to be completed according to the current date line or status symbol.
The Ahead/Behind column shows the variance between the current date line and the status symbol.
Baseline Duration shows the time span from the first Baseline symbol on the task line to the last; or just counts the time span of Baseline task bars and milestones on the task line.

Duration can be shown in minutes, hours, days or weeks. Make duration format changes under Format | Duration Display Settings.
