| More About Templates |
| The two examples shown
here are just a few of the hundreds of built-in templates
offered by Milestones Professional. The schedules on the
left are the blank templates with "How to use this
template" graphic shown in blue. The schedules to the
right are the result of adding data and a color theme to the
template. |

| Using the "How to use
this template" graphic instructions a Milestones
Professional user first enters text into the task column.
Then, symbols and connectors are drawn into the schedule
area according to the schedule data. Finally, a number from
1-4 is placed in the stoplight indicator column. With just
three steps the information is formatted and displayed as
shown below. |

| Cash Flow Analysis |

| Need more advanced column
calculations? The template below includes three smart
columns already configured for budget data. Once the
schedule information has been entered in the text column to
the left of the schedule area and symbols have been drawn
for each event, a Milestones Professional user can enter a
value on each symbol. The columns will reflect the total
values for each task row. The Project Balance column will
automatically subtract the expenses from the income and
display a value. These three columns are also automatically
configured into two DataGraphs at the bottom of the chart.
With just the necessary schedule data, a template allows the
user to create a professional-looking, big-picture schedule
ready for any business meeting. |
