Copy all pages of a schedule to PowerPoint
|
|
|
|
On the Connections tab on the toolbar, choose Copy all pages to
PowerPoint. (Previous versions: check the Edit menu for this
option, which was added in 2006) |

PowerPoint starts automatically and all pages of the current schedule are
added to the current presentation. |

Create a presentation report from a
Microsoft Office Project Schedule
|
|
|
|
With Milestones Professional 2008 and Milestones Project Companion 2008,
it's easy to create presentation reports from Microsoft Office Project
(Project required). On the Connections tab, choose Create
PowerPoint Slides from Project to start the Project to PowerPoint
Wizard. |

Copy a single page of a schedule to PowerPoint
|
|
|
|
If all you need in your PowerPoint presentation is a single page of your
schedule, and you don't want to copy all pages of the schedule to
PowerPoint as shown above, it's possible to copy just a single page. |

On the Connections toolbar, choose
Copy Metafile
(Picture) to Clipboard.
- In PowerPoint, choose Paste on the Edit menu or toolbar.
