The thick "border" below the
schedule is actually an empty legend which has a height matching the width
of the two columns.

To set up your
"borders":

On the File menu, choose Page
Layout.
|
|

Choose the Columns and Rows tab.
|
|

Under "Left Text Column
Widths", set your left most column width to 0.2.
|
|

|
Under "Right Text Column
Widths", set your left most column width to 0.2.
|
|

|
Now, choose the Legend tab.
|
|

|
Set the "Legend Height" to
0.2
|
|

|
Click OK
|

To color your left and right
"borders":
|
|

|
Using the arrow tool,
double-click the headings for one of the new columns.

On the column heading
tab, set the "Heading Background Color" to the color you
want for your border.

On the Column
Formatting tab, set the "Column Background Color" to the
same color.

Repeat for
the other column.
|

To color your bottom
"border":

Choose Legend on the
Format menu.
|

Set the legend's
Background color to the color you used for the left and right
columns.

De-select
the "Leave a Gap between Chart and Legend" option.
