'What If?' analysis is easy to do with Milestones Professional's Symbol ValueSets. Just take a look at the example below. Two Symbol ValueSets have been set up - one for Creative Costs, one for Printing Costs - and then values have been entered for each milestone. What's cool about this schedule? When you move one of the cost symbols from one month to the next, you'll notice the graph at the bottom of the schedule gets updated. Similarly, when you change one of the Cost values, both the graph and the costs in the columns to the right of the schedule are updated. |
