Presentation View

 

Do you need to present a schedule or a whole bunch of schedules?  Use Presentation View.

Choose "Presentation Mode" on the View menu for this option.

Here's the dialog box you will see.  If you are only presenting one schedule, choose the first option. To present several schedules you first need to set them up as a master schedule (which is really just a list of schedules in an order you specify).
