In Milestones Professional, choose from
15 Earned Value SmartColumns
that are pre-programmed with a range of EVM
calculations, from progress analysis to performance index
tracking and detailed cost forecasting.
To use any of the Earned Value SmartColumns, enter your Budget and Actual Cost values, and start tracking the status of your tasks. As you change the Percent Complete and update your Actual Costs, any Earned Value SmartColumns such as Earned Value (EV or BCWP), Planned Value (PV or BCWS), etc. get updated automatically. Choose Insert | Column | Earned Value... to view the Earned Value SmartColumns dialog box. Follow the instructions to insert as many Earned Value metrics as you need! |
