Combine Cost
and Schedule

With Milestones Professional, it's possible
to combine numbers, including cost, along with your schedule using a
variety of methods, including: |

At a very basic level, numbers can be
entered into columns, and graphed below the schedule as shown in the
example below. Values for Budget and Cost are allocated over the
time span for each task and then totaled and graphed both cumulatively
and non-cumulatively: |

Milestones Professional
offers five types of ways to enter values for use in a graph on your
schedule: |

Enter values by time period
(e.g. Costs for January, February, etc.).

Enter values by time period and task (Costs for Task A1 in
Jan, Feb, etc.)

Enter values into columns
(Costs for Task A1, time-phased
over its duration).

Enter values into symbols on the schedule (enter values into symbols
and graph those values in whatever time period the symbol appears).

Total values from other ValueSets (ie, sum
of ValueSets Overhead Costs and Labor Costs).
