| Template Example - Stoplight Chart: | ||||||||
|
This template is all set up and ready to use. Just enter outlined tasks
on the left, and budget and actual amounts in the columns. Add time spans
for lower level tasks (summary tasks will automatically show summary bars)
and you are finished.
The Budget Status column is a calculation/indicator which subtracts the Actual value from the Budget value. If the budget is less than your actual spending, the indicator in the Budget Status column will be red. |
