These handy little icons are great for
maneuvering through a lengthy schedule. Click the one with the red
arrow pointing to the right and your schedule's dates will shift to the
future. Click the one with the arrow pointing to the left and
you'll move back in time. How much each click causes the schedule
to shift is completely up to you!
How to set the
amount of time the schedule shifts with each click:

Choose the Schedule
Details icon in the toolbar.

If it's
not selected, choose the Yearly/Monthly Tab.

For
Calendar Range Scrolling, enter a number in the blank.
(see highlighted box below) For example, if you
want to scroll a week at a time, enter 7. For two
weeks enter 14 and so on.
Choose the Schedule
Details icon in the toolbar.
