(predecessors); not all methods result in dependent tasks moving
(successors). Below is a guide to when dependent tasks will move.
Dependent tasks will not move unless Dependency Mode is turned on. Thus, the examples below assume that Dependency Mode is on. |

| To use this feature, we select the range of tasks by clicking the first one and then holding the shift key down while clicking the last task. Next, choose Vertical Connections on the Insert menu. This dialog box is displayed, with several options. |
