Enter the Hourly Rate for each person in the "Hourly
Rate" column.
Enter the percent of time (as a decimal) that the person
will work in column C. If a person will work 50%
on this project, enter .5
Add the timeline in the schedule area. The
duration, actual duration (duration X % of time) will be
calculated, as will be the total cost for each line
item.
The number of hours duration is computed based on the
duration of the timeline. The total cost for each
Project is computed based on the hourly rate and number
of hours worked
