schedule is sometimes referred to as "Birds on a Wire".
Key
milestones for each major project are shown above and
below the bar. This is done to conserve space so
that a maximum amount of information can be shown on a
single sheet of paper.
This schedule
can be copied into PowerPoint and presented as part of a
project presentation. Hyperlinks from milestones
could be used to "drill down" to detail for projects if
questions are asked during the meeting.

of the available formats in the Project to Milestones
import wizard. If you are using Microsoft Office
Project, it is possible to display your project in this
format.
