• On the left - Project, Baseline Finish, Scheduled Finish, Duration.

• On the right - Ahead/Behind, Status.  Status is a stoplight/indicator column.  Red indicates behind schedule.  Yellow indicates on schedule.  Green indicates ahead of schedule.
